Paul Mitchell's 6 Week conditioning mask regime is the perfect solution for dry hair

Last week we wrote about the importance of hair treatments, and how one simple act can really make a difference to your hair. Well, in that time, we’ve also met a new miracle hair mask from one of our favourite brands, Paul Mitchell.

Let us introduce you to to the Tea Tree Lavender Mint Deep Conditioning Hair Mask, which has been designed to keep your hair in optimal condition between salon visits.

If your hair is moisture-starved, a little brittle and as a result, unmanageable and frizzy - then this miracle hair mask is for you.

What’s in it?

The mask itself is made from an ultra-rich formula of French clay and minerals that is designed to pump moisture into dry hair and as a result, help strengthen it as well. It works best on dry, coarse hair - so perfect for the guys and gals who get their hair coloured on the regular. It’s also infused with lavender and mint so it’s super calming as well - the perfect treatment before bed.

Another massive tick for us is also the fact that the hair mask - as well as the whole Tea Tree range -  is paraben-free and vegan as well as colour safe. So you don’t have to worry about any extra nasties!

How do you use it?

The hair masks come in a pack of six and are meant to be used once a week. Most women will go 6-8 weeks between heading in to see their hairdresser so the mask is the perfect solution to keep your hair in check in that time period.

The mask has been designed to be used after you wash your hair. For the full Paul Mitchell treatment, wash your hair with the Tea Tree Special Shampoo and Tea Tree Special Conditioner, which are both infused with natural tea tree oil, peppermint and lavender to invigorate your scalp and give it that fresh feeling. After the wash, towel dry your hair and remove any excess water. Apply a generous amount of the mask from roots to end and leave it in for 15 minutes.

Tip: for a deeper conditioning treatment, apply the mask and wrap your hair in a warm towel or apply heat to it.

Does it really work?

Yes! And you’ll probably see the most difference in your ends where the the most damage it done. Dry hair will often mean that it’s also frizzy as a result which can really ruin your whole look. So a once a week application of this hair mask isn’t too much to ask, we think, to see some really smooth and shiny results.

If you’re still not sure about investing in the whole 6-week pack - Oz Hair & Beauty are giving away a week's worth with every order sent out this week. So replenish on your favourite haircare this week and try this Tea Tree Lavender Mint Deep Conditioning Hair Mask while you’re at it as well. We think you’ll be making an order again pretty soon.
