How do I pick my cup? A great way is to look at the period products you are already using. Like tampons, regular is perfect for babes with a light to medium flow, under ‘30s, or anyone who has not given birth vaginally. Super is for babes with a medium to heavy flow, over 30's, or anyone who has given birth vaginally.

How to Use

This cup does not come sanitised. 

 

PRIOR TO FIRST USE AT THE START OF EVERY CYCLE: 

• Sanitise your cup by boiling it. 

• Let cup cool to room temperature again before using. 

• Never expose your cup to an open flame.
 

ONGOING DURING YOUR CYCLE:  

• After emptying, use clean water to rinse the cup before reinserting every time.

• Check the 4 holes to make sure they are clear every time before inserting the cup. If these are obstructed the cup can be difficult to remove.  
 

HOW TO INSERT

  1. Clean or sanitize the cup as instructed above. 
  2. Wash your hands in warm water with mild or unscented soap.
  3. Sit on the toilet or in the shower; wherever you can comfortably squat.
  4. Fold the cup to make it easier to insert.

 

Recommended folds:

C Fold:

Take the cup, and pinch it flat, then fold it in half so that it makes a ‘C’ shape or ‘U’ depending how it is angled.

 

Punch Down:

Hold the body of the cup in one hand. Then with your free hand, place your finger on the rim of one side of the cup and push down so it folds into itself, pinch so it holds the position. 
 

INSERTION 

  1. Squat over the toilet or in the shower. Being in a squatting position will help align the vaginal canal so the cup is inserted at the correct angle.  
  2. Hold the folded cup in your dominant hand, using your free hand to separate your labia. 
  3. Relax your vaginal muscles and slide the cup rim first into your vagina towards your tailbone. The cup will open as it goes in. 
  4. The stem should be within a 1/2 inch of the vaginal opening. 
  5. If you have trouble, remove the cup and try again. 
  6. You can also try rotating the cup. If it rotates freely, it should be fully open and sealed against the vaginal walls. 
  7. Once placed properly, the cup will collect menstrual blood and you should not feel it or experience any leaks. 
  8. Use for up to 8 hours at a time. Empty at least 2 times per day.

 

HOW TO REMOVE

  1. Wash your hands in warm water with mild or unscented soap.
  2. Sit on the toilet or in the shower; wherever you can comfortably squat.
  3. Find the stem with your thumb and index finger, and pinch the ribbed area above the stem to break the seal. 
  4. Make sure the seal is broken before pulling to prevent suction. 
  5. Slowly slide the cup out so as not to spill the contents. 
  6. If you have trouble finding it, push like you are having a bowel movement, while feeling for the stem with your thumb and index finger.
  7. In the unlikely event that  you cannot remove the cup after following the steps above, please seek medical attention. 
  8. Empty contents in the toilet and rinse your cup with clean water. 
  9. Repeat the Inserting process as above if you are still menstruating.  
     

HOW TO STORE

At the end of your cycle, wash carefully with soap and water. Make sure it is completely dry before placing it in the storage pouch until your next period. 

Do not store in a sterilization case

    We offer both Same Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) and Saturday Delivery through Australia Post.

    The price for the service is as follows:

    • $9.95: Tonight between 6pm-10pm (due to the current high volume of parcels, delivery may be later than 10pm)
    • $11.95: Saturday between 1pm-6pm

    Please note any deliveries for Saturday must be placed before 1.30pm Friday. 

    This feature is only available for Sydney-metro residential addresses. Unfortunately, this service is not available for commercial property. Customers will need to make sure their contact details including phone number is provided for these orders as this will ensure a smooth process, this is a mandatory field required.

    Any orders placed after the 1:30 pm cut off time will be either automatically swapped to express postage or will be dispatched the following business day. If under any circumstances, your order is delayed you will be contacted immediately with a solution.
