Shipping To New Zealand

All parcels sent to New Zealand are shipped via Express shipping and should take between 3-5 business days. This is excluding any delays in dispatching the order in which the customer will be notified. The rates are as follows:
  • $14.95 for Parcels under 2kg

  • $24.95 for Parcels under 5kg

  All parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to sent out as one shipment.  Unfortunately due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise. 
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.

All international shipping is shipped though Australia Post International services and can take up to 14 business days depending on your location. All parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to sent out as one shipment.   Unfortunately due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise. Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.  Depending on which country you are shipping to, you may have to pay additional customs clearance charges. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Us a sender has no control over these charges so we advise you to contact your customs authority if you have any concerns.

  • All products are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every product has a different warranty period. Please phone us if there are any queries.

  • We do accept returns within 120 days of invoice date 

  • Change of Mind returns are accepted, however there is a $9.95 restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return postage and re-postage  

  • All items need to be in original condition, or else the refund/return will not be granted 

  • On the rare occasion a good appears to be faulty, we will have it assessed once sent back and we will cover the return postage and re-postage

  • We under no circumstances accept returns on a used hair appliance 
  • Hair appliances will only be accepted as a return if the product has not been opened, used and it is in original packaging 
  • We will not refund a hair appliance that has been sent back to us, if it has been opened used and not in re-sellable condition and the buyer will be responsible for the postage cost back

How much is it for postage in Australia?
A flat rate of $6.95 per order for Standard Postage and $9.95 for Express Postage anywhere in Australia regardless of number of items ordered. However, any deliveries over $50 are FREE! (standard postage)

Yes, all our deliveries within Australia have insurance of up to $1,500 with every order at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
