Q.
How do I burn the ECOYA Fresh Pine Grand Madison 830g?
A.
Trim both wicks to about 5mm, light them and place the candle on a stable, heat resistant surface away from drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.
Q.
How long should I burn the ECOYA Fresh Pine Grand Madison 830g each time?
A.
Burn it for at least one hour so the wax pool reaches the edge of the vessel, which helps prevent tunnelling. Avoid burning it for more than three hours at a time, and stop when about 1cm of wax remains.
Q.
Why does the ECOYA Fresh Pine Grand Madison 830g have two wicks?
A.
The two wicks help the candle burn evenly across a generous surface for a long-lasting burn. Light both wicks each time so the wax melts evenly.
Q.
How do I look after the ECOYA Fresh Pine Grand Madison 830g?
A.
Trim the wicks before every burn, keep the surface free of debris and extinguish with a snuffer or by blowing gently. Do not use water or the lid to put the flame out.
Q.
What does the ECOYA Fresh Pine Grand Madison 830g smell like?
A.
It smells like freshly cut Christmas trees, with crisp pine, bright citrus and warm cedarwood. It is the nostalgic scent of the festive season.
