FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
(# QUESTIONs)
BaBylissPROBaBylissPRO GoldFX+ Outlining Hair Trimmer
Q.
How do you use the BaBylissPRO GoldFX+ Outlining Hair Trimmer for clean outlines, sharp edges and detailed trimming?
A.
Hold the trimmer with the blade flat or slightly angled against clean, dry hair and trace the hairline, beard line or neckline in short, controlled passes. Work slowly around edges, then use the corner of the blade for sideburns, moustache lines and tiny detail work. What NOT to do: don’t jam it into thick hair or press hard like a clipper.
Q.
How much pressure or trimming time should you use with the BaBylissPRO GoldFX+ Outlining Hair Trimmer for precise results?
A.
Use light pressure only, about the weight of the trimmer itself, and make several brief passes rather than one long push. For most clean-up work, spend around 10–30 seconds per section, checking in a mirror as you go. What NOT to do: don’t linger in one spot for minutes, as that can over-trim and irritate the skin.
Q.
Does the BaBylissPRO GoldFX+ Outlining Hair Trimmer need to be rinsed or cleaned after use, or can it be used and stored cordless?
A.
After use, brush out hair clippings and wipe the blade and housing clean; if the model is not specifically rated for rinsing, don’t run it under water. Once dry and tidy, it can be stored cordless after charging. What NOT to do: don’t put it away with wet blades or trapped hair.
Q.
How is the BaBylissPRO GoldFX+ Outlining Hair Trimmer different from a regular hair trimmer for edging and detailing?
A.
A outlining trimmer is made for crisp edges, line-ups and fine detail, with a smaller, more precise blade than a regular all-purpose trimmer. It’s better for sharpening beards, necklines, temples and designs, while a regular trimmer is usually broader and less exact for edging.
Q.
What is the BaBylissPRO GoldFX+ Outlining Hair Trimmer designed to help with during barbering and at-home grooming?
A.
It’s designed to help create clean outlines, sharp edges and detailed finishes during barbering and at-home grooming. Use it to tidy up hairlines, beard borders, sideburns and small touch-ups so the final look appears neat, defined and professionally shaped.
