- Oz World is a credit-based loyalty program where members earn credit back on every purchase made online and in-store at Oz Hair and Beauty.
- By creating an account with Oz Hair and Beauty, you are automatically registered to Oz World. You may opt out of the program at any time by contacting enquiries@ozhairandbeauty.com.
- Oz World is currently available only via ozhairandbeauty.com and is open exclusively to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
- To join Oz World, customers must provide a valid email address. If joining in-store, a phone number may also be used.
- Only one Oz World account is permitted per customer. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any accrued credit forfeited.
- Oz World members are required to notify Oz Hair and Beauty of any changes to their email address or mobile number. Oz Hair and Beauty is not responsible for expired credit if the member fails to update their contact information.
- Oz Royalty status is unlocked by spending $399 or more within a rolling 12-month period. Customers must continue to meet this annual spend requirement to retain their Oz Royalty status. If a customer does not spend $399 within a 12-month period, their status will be downgraded to Oz VIP.
- Oz VIP members earn 2% credit back, while Oz Royalty members earn 5% credit back on eligible purchases made online and in-store.
- Credit is earned only on the product value of qualifying purchases. Shipping fees, parcel insurance, and administration fees (e.g., restocking fees) are excluded from credit calculations.
- If the value of an order is below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees must be paid. For example, if the threshold is $59 and the order totals $37, the $4.95 shipping fee will be applied.
- Oz World credit cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes or promotional offers that require a code to activate.
- Oz World credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Referral Program:
13.1 A referred friend must be a new customer who has never placed an order with Oz Hair and Beauty.
13.2 A referred friend must place their first order using a refer-a-friend discount code for the referring member to be eligible for the referral reward.
13.3 The referred friend's order must have a minimum spend of $120.
13.4 The referral discount excludes hair appliances, bundles, gift packs, fragrances, and gift cards.
13.5 Referral rewards are issued to the referring member’s account within 24 hours of a successful referred order being placed.
13.6 An order is considered successful once it is placed by the referred customer using the valid code.
13.7 There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make.
- All credit earned (including from referrals) will expire 3 months after the date it was earned.
- Expired or unused credit cannot be extended, redeemed for cash, or exchanged.
- Credit cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Credit may be deducted from a customer’s account if Oz Hair and Beauty has reasonable suspicion of any fraudulent activity.
- Credit may be redeemed at checkout online (if logged in) or in-store at the register. A valid email address linked to the account must be provided.
- Customers can view their Oz World credit balance by:
– Logging into their Oz World account
– Refreshing their Oz World Wallet Pass
– Visiting any Oz Hair and Beauty store
- Oz World members can add their Oz World Pass to their mobile wallet. Oz Hair and Beauty is not liable for any unauthorised use of the Oz World Pass. Members must notify Oz Hair and Beauty immediately if they suspect unauthorised access.
- If a purchase is refunded and Oz World credit was used, the cash portion will be refunded first, followed by the credit portion. For example:
– If an order of $39.95 was paid using $30 cash and $9.95 credit and a refund of $5 is required, $5 cash will be refunded.
– If a refund of $35 is required, $30 cash and $5 credit will be refunded.
- Credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Oz World program at any time without notice. This includes the ability to withdraw any outstanding credit, vouchers, or loyalty accounts.
- Fraudulent activity, including misuse of accounts or referrals, will result in cancellation of credit and/or loyalty accounts.
- Trade accounts, wholesale distributors, and business-to-business (B2B) entities are excluded from joining the program. The program is designed solely for individual consumers.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny participation, or terminate any loyalty account found to be associated with a business or violating these terms. Termination may result in the forfeiture of all accrued credit and rewards.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify the credit earn rate at any time for both online and in-store purchases without prior notice.
