How do I join Oz World?

Joining Oz World is simple, and we can’t wait to reward you for shopping at Oz Hair and Beauty. To join Oz World, you must have an account with Oz Hair and Beauty. Simply login or create an account here and head to your Oz World rewards page to join.

I've already purchased from Oz Hair and Beauty, can I still join Oz World? 
If you are an existing customer, you will need to have an account before joining Oz World. If you are an existing customer without an account, you will be able to create one here before joining our loyalty program.

I’m not subscribed to receive emails, can I still join Oz World?
You will not receive any communications regarding your loyalty membership if you are not subscribed to receive emails from Oz Hair and Beauty.

How do I earn credits?
You’ll automatically receive 5% credit on all purchases made online at Oz Hair and Beauty. Credits are added to your account 7 days after your order has been confirmed. If you have not received your credits after receiving your order, please contact our friendly customer service team.

How can I redeem my credits?
You can redeem your credits in the account page or at the checkout when placing your order. Once you’ve accumulated enough credits, you can redeem your credits for vouchers. Note only one voucher can be redeemed at the checkout so please ensure you’re redeeming the maximum possible value before continuing.

I’ve recently completed a service or made a purchase at the salon or skin clinic; will I receive credits for my spend?
Our current loyalty program does not support in-salon purchases or services however we are currently working to implement this soon.

Do I need to do anything to earn credits with my purchase?
No, credits will be applied to your account automatically account 7 days after your order has been confirmed. Please note you must be logged in and a member of Oz World to earn credits with your purchase. If this time has passed and you still have not received the credits, please contact our friendly customer service team.

I’ve made a purchase but haven’t received my credits yet. When will I receive my credits?
Credits will be applied to your account automatically account 7 days after your order has been confirmed as long as you have joined Oz World. If this time has passed and you still have not received the credits, please contact our friendly customer service team.

I’ve redeemed my credits for multiple vouchers. Can I redeem more than one on my order?
No, only one voucher can be redeemed at the checkout so please ensure you’re redeeming the maximum possible value before continuing.

How can I check my credit balance?
Your credit balance is available on your account page. Missing credits? Please note, credits are applied to your account automatically after 7 days of placing your order.

Are there any exclusions when redeeming vouchers?
Yes, all vouchers at Oz Hair and Beauty exclude hair appliances, bundles and The Ordinary however you will receive 5% credits on all products purchased online from Oz Hair and Beauty.

What is the minimum spend on vouchers I’ve received as part of Oz World?

All vouchers have a minimum spend dependant on your voucher value.
