Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.
Caringbah Warehouse: Order before 2pm and your parcel will be ready for collection on the same day after 3.30pm at your preferred location.
Oz Hair and Beauty Stores: pick up generally available within 2 business hours of order being placed
Click & Collect options are Mon-Fri dispatch on business days only, excluding Public Holidays for our Caringbah Warehouse option and for all other locations Click & Collect is available 7 days a week.
