The Hello Cup Double Box is a great option for those who are unsure of what size best fits their body, or whether they want more than one cup. This box contains two cups in individual cotton bags. 

Benefits

The thought of inserting a menstrual cup can be daunting, but don't worry, you'll soon get the hang of it. 

  1. A shallow punchdown fold is recommended to make sure the punch doesn't go below the letters on the side of the cup. Once the fold is done successfully, insert your Hello Cup, similar to inserting a tampon. Once it pops open, give it a gentle tug to help it form a seal and you’re good to go. Check out the video below to show you!
  2. To remove your Hello Cup, feel for the base of the cup. Give it a gentle squeeze – this helps to break the seal – and pull down slowly. Once it’s out, simply tip the contents down the loo, rinse (or wipe if there’s no tap handy) and reinsert.
  3. Once your period is over, it is recommended that you sterilise your Hello Cup by using a 1/4 of a sterilisation tablet in a glass of water. You can also give it a quick 3 minute boil on the stove (don’t let the bottom touch the bottom of the pan though). Please note: Sometimes first-time users like to try inserting it in the shower as the water helps with lubrication.

Top-notch medical grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). They contain no rubber, latex, BPAs, heavy metals or other nasties. Colours used are certified food grade and comply with EU and FDA standards.

You may experience an additional waiting period for despatch and delivery during peak periods, sale events and uncontrollable weather. 

On-demand night and Saturday delivery

We have recently launched both Same Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery through Australia Post.

The price for the service is as follows:

  • $12.45: Tonight between 6pm-9pm
  • $14.45: Saturday between 1pm-6pm

Please note any deliveries for Saturday must be placed before 1.30pm Friday. 

This feature is only available for Sydney-metro residential addresses. Unfortunately, this service is not available for commercial property. Customers will need to make sure their contact details including phone number is provided for these orders as this will ensure a smooth process, this is a mandatory field required.

Any orders placed after the 1:30 pm cut off time will be either automatically swapped to express postage or will go out as placed for the following day. If under any circumstances, your order is delayed you will be contacted immediately with a solution.

Shipping to New Zealand

All parcels sent to New Zealand are done so through Australian Post services. We offer both standard shipping and express services. Express parcels can take up to  5 business days to arrive whereas standard can take between 6- 12 business days. These times are reflective of metro areas only and additional days will be required for areas outside. This is excluding any delays in dispatching the order in which the customer will be notified.

The rates are weight based and will be displayed upon checkout.

    The maximum weight limit is 10kg, any order over will require more than one shipment.

    Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise. 

    Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas. 

    International Shipping 

    All international parcels are shipped through the Australia Post International services. For accurate delivery times please insert your country and postcode here, with our address being Caringbah, 2229. All delivery times shown are in business days and we will not accept refunds or returns for deliveries made outside of these days.

    Please Note: Due to Covid-19, international parcels may experience delays that are out of our hands.

    All parcels are subject to a 5kg weight limit and all parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to sent out as one shipment. For parcels that exceed the weight limit, please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements for a single delivery, however we make no guarantee.

    Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.

    Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.  Depending on which country you are shipping too, you may have to pay additional customs clearance charges. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Us a sender has no control over these charges so we advise you to contact your customs authority if you have any concerns.
