Gift Wrapping Service

  1. OZhair and Beauty ensure that you we add that extra special touch to our customers shopping experience by offering gift wrapping & gift baskets for any order
  2. Items can be wrapped separately or together
  3. Price per item for Gift Wrapping is $2.95
  4. Price per item for a Gift Basket is $2.50
  5. If the items require more than one basket we will advise you via email if any changes are required in order to deliver your gifts in nice presentation
  6. Please write any instructions in the comments field for any gift wrapping requests
  7. Gift wrapping is available when selecting items within the shopping cart.

Returns policy and warranty

  • Warranty: As we are an authorized retailer, all electrical goods are covered by manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the individual products for further information on warranties
  • GHD Warranties: As we are an authorized retailer, your GHD hair straighteners are covered by a 24 month manufacturer warranty held by Jamella Australia. This warranty entitles you to a repair or replacement of a faulty GHD hair straightener. Simply contact GHD on 1300 443 737 and GHD’s friendly staff will help you revive your GHD A.S.A.P.
  • Returns: Of course every product we stock has to meet the highest standards and are rigorously checked before they are sent out. But if, for any reason, you need to return a product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible
  • Change of Mind returns: We accept goods back if you change your mind on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition and returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of parcel. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and will not be accepted by our Returns Department. All change of mind returned goods will be refunded minus delivery & 10% handling and re-stocking fee.
  • All products which have been tampered with shall be sent directly back to the sender.
  • Faulty/Damaged Goods return: If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer service for assistance. (link to contact us) Some items cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations, to see if your product falls under this category please contact us. All returned items must be packaged appropriately, include a brief explanatory note with your name, order Number and the reason for the return and sent to:

  • We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
  • Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, where our department will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or credit note. Please allow a further 3 - 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

 


Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Australia Wide:

  • flat rate charge of $ 8.95 applies per order, regardless of number of items ordered. Except for bulk orders and salon deliveries, please phone for price on deliver
  • FREE DELIVERY with any puchase over $99.00
  • $1,500 insurance is provided at no extra charge on every order.
  • We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked.
  • National parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days to reach their destination. Should you have further enquiries in regards to national parcels please do not hesitate to contact us.

International Delivery:

  • Flat rate charge of $25.00 anywhere in the world per order.
  • Please phone for bulk deliveries on a price. Insurance is at an extra charge, please phone for insurance prices.
  • We deliver to New Zealand, UK and most major countries. For a full list please contact us.
  • Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.
  • Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
  • International parcels will be delivered within 14 working days to reach their destination. Should you have further enquiries in regards to international parcels please do not hesitate to contact us.

Liability:

  • It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
  • If you opt not to insure your parcel, any damage or loss occurring during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not OZhair and Beauty's liability.
  • Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery; however we do not control Australia Post’s operations. Therefore late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of order.
  • We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 


Gift Vouchers and Redemption

  • Purchasing Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are purchased as you would purchase a product/item. You can purchase either an e-voucher, which can be used online and redeemed at checkout.
  • If you find yourself not able to shop to the value of the eVoucher, don’t worry OZhair and Beauty allow our customers to hold onto their balance credit, so you can come back again to shop online with us anytime!
  • Please note that vouchers have expiry dates, which will be specified on the vouchers upon check out, along with our standard terms and conditions.
  • When using an eVoucher at the checkout, all you have to do is entering your unique code which is visible on the voucher.
  • If you are purchasing a gift vouchers for a family and friends you can nominate for the gift to be sent via email directly to the receiver!

  • Please notify us within 24 hours prior to your purchases on a competitor's price with documented proof, preferably by email
